- 4 Tomatos
- 1/2 Yellow onion

If you don't already know, I haven't consumed meat since January 2015. The transition was surprisingly easier than I thought it would be. I constantly get hounded with the questions, and my personal favorite is... "So what do you eat?" The answer is seafood.
Here's a super easy and healthy-ish recipe for homemade fish tacos. There's a lot of yummy food you can eat and make that doesn't contain any meat. Thankfully my boyfriend is very supportive with my pescetarian lifestyle, and since he's the one who cooks 99.9% of the time I have to give him all the credit. These fish tacos were the best I've tasted yet.
